Mannings Surgical Supplies and Confucius Pharmacy have established the annual NY Mannings Scholarships since 2004. The goal is to encourage and inspire academic excellence and community service. This year, two incoming college freshmen will be selected to receive the scholarship. Scholarship recipients will receive a one-time $1,000 towards expenses at an accredited university or college within the United States.
• Applications must be submitted to the email below by July 26.
• All Chinese-American students who are starting as freshmen at any 4-year college or university this September are eligible.
• All applications will be reviewed by an Independent Award Selection Committee. Selection will be based on three equally weighted criteria: academic achievement, financial need, and extracurricular activities.
• Applicants will be contacted and invited for a video interview with the IndependentAward Selection Committee.
• The Independent Award Selection Committee will choose two winners. All applicants will be notified by August 9th and invited to the Corporate Office for a photo-op!
• Employees and family members of Mannings Surgical Supplies and Confucius Pharmacy are not eligible.
